This program includes serum samples and documentation sufficient for a six-month cycle. One sample is tested and results submitted to Bio-Rad every two weeks. Results may be submitted by fax, mail or electronically using the EQAS eForms software. Registered participants will automatically receive bi-weekly reports and a detailed End-of-Cycle summary report.
