Shorten the HBs Ag Negative Window Period after Hepatitis B Infection
Average day of delay for detection of Hepatitis B infection on 27 commercial seroconversions with Monolisa HBs Ag ULTRA and HBs Ag EIA competitor kits versus nucleic acid testing (PCR) in single unit.
The NAT data comes from Boston Biomedica Inc. as recorded in the certificate of analysis. The day zero represents the first day positive with Nucleic Acid Testing like PCR on seroconversion panels after HBV infection. Twenty-seven (27) commercial seroconversions (104 samples) were tested: number PHM 903, 904, 908, 909, 910, 911, 912, 914, 916, 917, 918, 919, 920, 921, 923, 924, 925, 926, 927, 928, 929, 930, 931, 932, 933, 934, 935A. HB Ag EIA assay data comes from internal data.

Improved Hepatitis B Virus Variant Strains Detection
HBs Ag EIA competitor kit sensitivity on mutated HBs Ag recombinant protein samples from plasmidic construction.
Monolisa HBs Ag ULTRA detects all of these mutations. Four out of five HBs Ag EIA competitor kits miss at least one sample on this mutated/variant HBs Ag panel.
