A qualitative ELISA assay for the detection of anti-β2 GPI IgG, IgM and IgA antibodies in human serum. The presence of these antibodies can aid in the diagnosis of certain autoimmune thrombotic disorders, such as those secondary to systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) or other lupus-like disorders.
