Intended Use:
QUANTA Lite™ Centromere (CENP-A & CENP-B) is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the semi-quantitative detection of Centromere antibodies, specifically reactive to the CENP-A and CENP-B antigens in human serum. Detection of these antibodies is an aid in diagnosis of certain connective tissue diseases such as the CREST variant of scleroderma.
