Intended Use:
QUANTA Lite™ ENA 6 is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the semi-quantitative detection of Sm, RNP, SS-A (60kDa and 52kDa), SS-B, Scl-70 and Jo-1 antibodies in human serum. The presence of these antibodies can be used in conjunction with clinical findings and other laboratory tests to aid in the diagnosis of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), and related connective tissue diseases, such as Sjögren's Syndrome.
